Las construcciones de Chemnitz se convierten en obras de arte portátiles

Los edificios de Chemnitz se convierten en obras de arte portátiles

Welcome to our unique project "Chemnitz buildings become wearable works of art"! In collaboration with the Chemnitz School Model and GERMENS, we have launched a creative and exciting project in which pupils' works of art become fashion statements.

The project

Children and young people from the Chemnitz school model are invited to rediscover their city and depict it in a creative way. Using photos of around 30-40 different Chemnitz buildings as a template, the pupils can paint them and interpret them freely.

Everyone can give free rein to their imagination and design the buildings however they like. All the necessary materials such as pencils, brushes and paints are provided by the school so that the young artists can get started straight away.

Procedure

Templates and materials: Pupils receive photos of Chemnitz buildings as templates. Pens, brushes and paints are provided by the school.

Creative process: The pupils paint the templates or redesign them creatively. Each drawing becomes a unique work of art.

Digitization and design: The artworks are digitized and turned into exclusive patterns for high-quality GERMENS shirts, T-shirts and blouses.

Production and sales: The garments are produced in Frankenberg/Saxony and are part of a special Chemnitz collection. This is sold regionally and worldwide online in several languages.

Donations for a good cause: 10% of the proceeds from the sale will be donated to the Chemnitz School Model Sponsors' Association to support further educational and cultural projects.
