3. Pruébatelo y decide: tómate tu tiempo para evaluar el ajuste y el tejido.

4. Devoluciones: devuelve las camisetas en un plazo de 10 a 14 días.

Información importante

Gastos de envío: GERMENS se hace cargo de los gastos de envío dentro de Alemania. Los clientes internacionales deben asumir los gastos de envío de ida y vuelta, pero reciben un vale de descuento del 10 % para su próxima compra como compensación.
Periodo de conservación: Las muestras no deben permanecer en su poder más de 10 a 14 días.
No devolución: Si las camisetas no se devuelven dentro de este plazo, se cobrará una tasa de 450 €.

With the GERMENS Try-On Service for women’s blouses, you can find your correct blouse size comfortably at home. This service is especially useful if you are ordering a GERMENS women’s blouse for the first time and want to make sure the fit is right. Since GERMENS blouses feature expressive artist designs, your later favorite blouse should not only look exceptional, but also fit comfortably and confidently.

Please order only one size

Important: Please order only one size for the Try-On Service. You will automatically receive the suitable sizes for comparison: your selected size, one size smaller and one size larger.

For example, if you choose size L, we will send you sizes M, L and XL. You do not need to order three different sizes. This sometimes causes misunderstandings, but it is not necessary. Selecting one size is completely sufficient. For the edge sizes XS and 3XL, you will receive two try-on blouses, because there is no smaller or larger GERMENS blouse size available.

It is only about the fit, not the design

The try-on blouses have a different design than the blouse you may want to order later. This is intentional. The Try-On Service is only about finding your correct size and checking the basic fit. What matters is how the blouse fits at the shoulders, bust, waist, back, sleeves and hem.

All GERMENS women’s blouses have the same basic fit. Therefore, you usually only need to use this Try-On Service once. Once your size has been determined, you can order future GERMENS women’s blouses much more confidently.

Sizes from XS to 3XL are available

The Try-On Service for women’s blouses is available in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL and 3XL. This allows you to compare the sizes that may realistically fit you. It is especially helpful if you are between two sizes or if you are not yet familiar with the GERMENS fit.

Return within 7 days

Please try the blouses on calmly at home and return the try-on blouses to us within 7 days. Shipping to you and return shipping are free of charge. This makes the Try-On Service comfortable, safe and usually much easier than travelling a long distance to one of our stores.

50 Euro loan fee – refunded or credited

The 50 Euro are only a loan fee for the try-on blouses. As soon as the try-on blouses have arrived back with us, this amount will be refunded. If you then order a GERMENS blouse, the 50 Euro can also be credited toward your order.

Alterations are possible after purchase

If the blouse generally fits but certain details should be optimized, we offer alterations after purchase. These include shortening sleeves, adjusting the waist or shortening the hem. You can find more information in our alteration service.
