Shipping & customs clearance: MeinEinkauf.ch handles customs clearance and onward shipping to Switzerland. You will be kept informed of every step by email.
Payment & fees: You pay the value of the goods in our shop as usual. MeinEinkauf.ch will invoice a separate flat fee starting from CHF 17.90 per shipment (incl. postage, customs clearance, and duties).
Note: Certain product groups (e.g., food, hazardous goods) are excluded from shipping. This usually does not apply to our GERMENS range.

MeinEinkauf.ch forwards the shipment to GERMENS in Germany and charges a small handling fee (typically approx. CHF 9.90 per item) plus domestic return postage within Germany.
As soon as the goods have been inspected, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method. For a bank transfer, we will need your bank details, as we cannot see them when you pay.
Please note: The MeinEinkauf.ch service fee is not refunded by GERMENS.
