Procedure of the fitting service

1. Make your selection: Choose the long sleeve shirt size you would like to try.

2. Try on at home: We will send you the shirts safely and quickly.

3. Try on and decide: Take your time to evaluate the fit and the material.

4. Returns: Send the shirts back within 10 to 14 days.

Important information

Postage costs: GERMENS covers the shipping costs within Germany. International customers bear the costs for outward and return shipping themselves, but receive a 10% discount voucher for their next purchase as compensation.
Retention period: The samples should not remain with you for longer than 10 to 14 days.
Failure to return: If the shirts are not returned within this period, a fee of €450 will be charged.
